Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for our M28 Ringaskiddy project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, high-headcount construction sites and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prompt presentation of all applications for payment, including contractual entitlements.
* Ensuring payments are received in accordance with contract terms.
* Prompt submission of estimate/tendering information to clients.
* Presentation of Final Accounts, including negotiation of contractual entitlements.
* Presentation of weekly cost/value information, delivery schedules.
* Preparation and presentation of Monthly Cost/Value Reconciliations and Final Cost/Value Forecasts.
* Preparation and presentation of forward work schedules and cash flows.
* Procurement, negotiation, and placement of Sub-contract Orders.
* Financial and commercial management of Sub-contractors through to settlement of their Final Accounts.
* Presenting contractual letters/notifications and information in accordance with contract requirements.
* Preparing documentation to support additional payment, variations, claims.
* Providing commercial support to site and contracts management teams.
* Supporting Estimating and Procurement teams.
* Closing liaison with clients on commercial matters, preparing and submitting supporting information.

Requirements:
* Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
* 3+ years' experience in a quantity surveying role on construction/civils projects.
* Ability to work on large-scale, high-headcount construction sites & sub-contractors essential.
* Liaising with Construction Manager when dealing with internal stakeholders and client representatives while on site, including attendance at meetings.
* Strong time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site.
* Able to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.
