Job snapshot:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a leading and expanding Healthcare Company.
The candidate should be initiative-taking, ambitious, and dedicated with excellent attention to detail.
Please note this is a fixed term contract role.
This role will require you to work as part of our Service Administration Team, consulting with field based engineers, suppliers, customers, clinicians and clients and other relevant departments within Healthcare 21 daily.
You will also deal with queries, process parts orders and manage warranty returns.
Please note that this role is fixed term for a 9 month duration.
Responsibilities:
Allocation and scheduling of service tasks for a team of engineers
Liaising with engineers to ensure that response times are adhered to
Dealing with customer queries efficiently through effective written and verbal communication
Managing client accounts on dedicated software package
Purchasing spare parts for a team of engineers and external customers
Dealing with parts queries, sourcing suppliers and handling warranty / parts returns efficiently
Requesting quotations from suppliers & issuing quotations to customers
Assisting FSEs in obtaining part codes from suppliers and identifying correct parts
Setting up new part codes and maintaining stock levels
Dealing with high volume of phone calls
Weekly/monthly invoicing of service work
Inputting data in dedicated software package
Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues
Report writing
Ensuring ISO standards, and external SLAs are achieved on a consistent basis
Key Competencies:
Customer focused, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone manner is essential
Ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressurized environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Adaptable and capable of working on own initiative
Ability to work effectively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplish goals
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong administration expertise
Flexible approach to all areas of the role
What are the role requirements?
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Experience of product order and invoicing customers an advantage
High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in working with SAP an advantage
Experience with the Healthcare sector would be advantageous
