Key Responsibilities
* Manage tax compliance for private clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including cross-border, to deliver projects and integrated services.
* Liaise with clients in a timely manner ensuring the delivery of complete solutions on tax and technical matters.
* Oversee the tax department and lead initiatives, alongside partners, to drive business growth within the private client services.
* Lead teams and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical growth and career progression.
Candidate Profile
* CTA and/or ACA qualified with 3 years’ experience in management role across practice or industry.
* Strong technical expertise in delivering private client tax advisory skills.
* Proven ability to adapt to evolving client and market while contributing to new initiatives.
