Your goal is to reduce development defects and provide the expert advice needed to optimize environments, data, and tooling.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the Team: Manage resources and schedules to ensure a consistent, high-standard approach across all projects.Govern the Process: Implement best-practice methods and technologies for the test life cycle.Strategic Reporting: Provide high-level visibility on progress, anomalies, and risks to departmental stakeholders.Defect Resolution: Own the defect register and use metrics to drive system quality improvements.Non-NegotiablesExperience: Strong depth of Experience in Testing with proven experience in a Lead or Management capacity.Education: A degree in Computing or a related field.Evidence: Ability to demonstrate two in-depth examples of managing large-scale quality assurance processes.Right to Work: Must have right to work in Ireland, Sponsorship is not available.Contract DetailsType: 12-Month Contract (Extension likely).Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite).Rate: €475 - €515 per day.Process: 1-2 interviews.
