Project Engineering Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with the administration of our projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting progress reports, valuations, claims determination letters, and responding to contractors' correspondence.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining detailed records of project progress, including photographic records, for inspection by authorized personnel.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be aware of safety protocols, and be able to liaise with stakeholders as required.
Responsibilities:
* Draft progress reports and valuations
* Ensure accurate record-keeping of project progress
* Liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, and landowners
* Attend site meetings and minute proceedings
* Monitor and maintain safe working conditions
