We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our clients team in Killarney. As a Machine Operator, you will operate and manufacturing machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production. Solid IT Skills along with the ability to ensure production runs smoothly are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate factory machinery according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
* Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any operational issues.
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
* Inspect products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor.
* Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workspace.
* Record production data, including output levels, operational logs, and any maintenance or repair actions.
* Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a machine operation or production role preferred.
* Solid IT Skills to input data
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
* Basic mechanical skills;
* Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in shifts if required.
