Meade Farm Group, an award-winning Fresh Produce Company who operate from their state-of-the-art family farms in Co. Meath, are now recruiting for Farm Labourers to join their team to start with immediate effect.
Job Role & Responsibilities
* Assist the farm team in planting and harvesting crops.
* Cutting and packing produce during harvesting.
* Effectively operate and maintain equipment, machinery and vehicles if required.
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and learn new skills.
* Be available for flexible hours for peak seasonal times.
* Completing ad hoc duties as directed by the Farm Manager.
Key Behaviours/ Competencies
* Ability to work overtime/weekends.
* Hard working, motivated, flexible & ability to work well in a busy environment.
* Good level of English is desirable.
