We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our directors and staff.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in office bookkeeping (Sage) and ability to work within a team environment. You will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including maintaining records, lodging cheques, and ensuring the office Anti-Money Laundering Systems are up-to-date.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for arranging meetings, maintaining storage and filing systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
