Join to apply for the Restaurant Manager role at David Kennedy's Food Social. Kennedys is a multi-award winning hospitality group that operates in Dublin and has recently opened a new restaurant & bakery location in Castlebar, Co Mayo. The position is daytime only and will lead the Castlebar Front of House team with a lead-by-example ethos.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the front-of-house team in a busy daytime environment.
* Foster a welcoming environment for guests and support a positive, respectful, collaborative team culture (backed by references).
* Manage costs: stock control, gross profit maintenance, ordering, and staff rostering.
* Plan, organise and implement Kennedys Group established values and service standards.
* Ensure presentation and maintenance of retail and dining spaces.
* Maintain HACCP and Health & Safety procedures in the restaurant environment.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience in leadership roles within hospitality.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong cost management and inventory control experience.
* Organised with the ability to plan and execute in a structured manner.
* Attention to detail in presentation.
* Regulatory awareness of HACCP and Health & Safety requirements.
