Our client is seeking a Finance and Procurement Assistant to join their Dublin 12 office on a 12 month contract with the potential for permanence. The role involves finance responsibilities such as processing sales invoices, setting up contracts, preparing employee expense claims and company credit card reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance: Process sales invoices for new installations; Set up new contracts for billing and recurring invoices; Prepare employee expense claims and company credit card reconciliations.
2. Banking & Fixed Assets: Manage fixed asset register and leased assets; Critical responsibility.
