Featured Local Job: Convenience Store Manager Trainee
WFH, Inc. is hiring a Convenience Store Manager Trainee at the Sunoco in Sligo, Rimersburg, and Knox.
Trainees will work alongside the Manager to learn the responsibilities of the complete operation of a convenience store and Subway facility.
Manager Trainees are required to work 40 hours per week and must be capable of succeeding in an on-call environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruiting, selecting, and training store personnel
– Inventory management and ordering
– Managing cost of goods and profit margin with an eligible bonus if required profit margins are met
– Inventory and cash loss control
– Daily sales reporting and banking
– Management of Subway area
Job Requirements:
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of inventory management and basic finance principles
– Good email and computer skills
– Excellent time management and organization skills
– High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-years of experience in retail business management.
