We're seeking an individual with a unique combination of security expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration skills to join our EA Player Security team. Reporting to the Senior Fraud Manager, you'll help maintain an analytics and incident-based security analysis program focused on organized fraud, cheating, and account security.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth research by applying advanced SQL queries to extract valuable insights, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
2. Collaborate with our Operations team to maintain daily review, escalations, and investigation processes.
3. Represent the security team as a central point of contact, supporting internal partners and identifying opportunities for improvement.
4. Gather and document requirements, suggest internal prioritization, manage ticket progress, and conduct validation tests.
5. Monitor key player security metrics, research anomalies, and coordinate policy and modeling support.
6. Support visualization dashboards and associated data aggregation.
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of analytics experience.
2. Proficient experience in Structured Query Language (SQL).
3. Knowledge of Tableau and Looker.
4. Experience with JIRA/JAAS, MS Products, and Microsoft Excel.
5. Bachelor's degree in analytics or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable Skills:
1. Knowledge of account security and gaming industry practices.
2. Familiarity with Python or similar coding languages.
