The Role:
* Receiving and processing sales orders from corporate clients.
* Updating price listings and customer data.
* Liaising with production and distribution teams on order status.
* Responding to and resolving customer queries.
Requirements:
* A 3rd-level qualification in business studies or a relevant discipline.
* 2-3 years of strong customer services experience in a B2B role.
* Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or shipping is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong IT skills, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
