What you need to know: Our client, a fast-growing global technology company, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Manager to join their expanding Global Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving international growth through new customer acquisition and strategic relationship management. Your new role: You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, engaging with multinational organisations and contributing directly to the companys continued success. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities Identify and engage multinational organisations through proactive outreach Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored presentations Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression and onboarding Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in HubSpot CRM Represent the company at industry events and client meetings (domestic and international) Contribute to the development of sales processes, tools, and collateral Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline activity What we are looking for: Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, ideally within technology, SaaS, or telecoms Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous) Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally Willingness to travel occasionally and work across time zones By applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
