The Job Role:
* Occupy the hotel lobby and other public areas, especially during busy times.
* Engage with guests in conversation and provide assistance.
* Manage, record, and resolve guest complaints promptly.
* Meet and greet VIP guests and major corporate clients.
* Coordinate services and facilities for long-stay guests.
* Understand and apply credit procedures.
* Stay updated on hotel products, services, policies, and emergency procedures.
* Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement improvement actions.
* Handle management issues or emergencies as they arise.
* Conduct health and safety procedures, including fire walks and food safety investigations.
The ideal candidate should be:
* Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel, leisure, or retail sector.
* Good knowledge of health, safety, and security procedures.
* Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in increasing profitability in a competitive market.
* Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results.
It would be advantageous if you:
* Have previous experience as a senior supervisor or Duty Manager in a similar quality hotel.
* Possess a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Have in-depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure, or service sector.
