Assistant Accountant Ballymount, Dublin 12 - Permanent Salary: €55,000 Hybrid Working Model My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Assistant Accountant on a full-time permanent basis.
The client is happy to look at someone that is studying towards their professional exams, or someone that is qualified by experience.
Experience using and ERP System and Excel would be a distinct advantage.
The client is offering a hybrid working model of 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.
This will start straight away.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the delivery of quality, accurate and timely monthly accounts & reports, Prepare monthly revenue reconciliation Provide monthly accounts commentary, explaining variances to budget and forecast; Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations Prepare quarterly group reporting Monitor and report on key aspects of the P&L, gross margin and overheads Processing of certain invoices/purchases accurately and efficiently Ensuring that internal financial controls are adhered to in accordance with the group policy Coordinate escalation/identification of issues and advice Finance leadership Assisting in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, while providing support for ad hoc projects Ensure a strong working relationship between Finance and other departments Ensure effective compliance with internal and external auditors to ensure that the audits are successfully completed; Key Skills: Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or either Qualified by experience Right to work unrestricted in Ireland Strong IT Skills Microsoft office, particularly Excel Enthusiasm, resilience, team player & drive Leading with Professionalism & Integrity High level of accuracy and attention to detail For more information on this role, please contact Damian Ryan.
