Planning Consultant Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Consultant to join our team in Cork.
About the Role:
Candidates will be required to have a minimum of 6/7 years experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will engage with planning applications, develop and implement plans, provide leadership on projects, and maintain effective relationships within project teams, local authorities, and other personnel.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Must hold an honours degree in town planning or equivalent discipline;
* A strong working understanding of planning legislation as well as national, regional and local policy guidance;
* Strong report writing skills including ability to articulate ideas and justify planning decisions;
* Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
