About The Role
The Inside Sales Director, EMEA is a key member of the EMEA Sales Leadership Team, reporting directly to the VP, EMEA Sales. This role is responsible for leading and scaling WatchGuard’s inside sales organization across the region, driving revenue growth through our partner ecosystem.
This is a strategic leadership position focused on building a modern, high‑performing inside sales engine that accelerates pipeline generation, partner engagement, and platform adoption across WatchGuard’s portfolio.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting WatchGuard’s evolution as a platform cybersecurity company, with a strong emphasis on partner‑led growth and MSP success.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Strategy
Owning and delivering EMEA inside sales revenue targets, ensuring consistent and scalable year‑over‑year growth
Shaping and executing a forward‑looking inside sales strategy aligned with regional business priorities
Increasing pipeline generation, conversion rates, and deal velocity to improve revenue predictability
Leading initiatives that accelerate cross‑sell and upsell, enabling stronger adoption of WatchGuard’s platform
Channel & Partner Development
Deepening engagement with resellers, MSPs, and distributors across the region
Driving partner activation, retention, and growth, ensuring partners are set up for long‑term success
Supporting partners in transitioning toward recurring revenue and managed services models
Leadership & Team Development
Leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing inside sales team across EMEA
Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Investing in talent through coaching, enablement, and clear career development paths
Attracting and retaining top talent aligned with WatchGuard’s growth ambitions
Sales Excellence & Execution
Implementing modern, value‑based sales methodologies across the organization
Driving disciplined use of CRM (Salesforce) and fostering a data‑driven sales culture
Focusing on pipeline quality and revenue outcomes, not just activity metrics
Optimizing lead management, routing, and follow‑up processes to improve efficiency
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Partnering with Country Managers, Field Sales, Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing teams
Aligning on go‑to‑market strategies, campaigns, and positioning
Acting as a bridge between EMEA execution and global sales strategy
Business Insights & Forecasting
Delivering insights on pipeline health, performance trends, and growth opportunities to senior leadership
Contributing to EMEA forecasting, planning, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Identifying and leading initiatives to improve sales efficiency and productivity

A strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem and recurring revenue models, with the ability to support partners in evolving toward sustainable, service‑based growth
