Dispatch Coordinator IT
This is a permanent position for a motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as Dispatch Coordinator-IT.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our business, coordinating the technical support team, managing customer interactions, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
This role involves answering inbound calls and tickets, recording new tickets, triaging tickets, liaising with operations managers and technical teams, communicating information to customers, tracking SLAs, monitoring call volumes, and working with tech leads to ensure correct priorities and escalation if required.
Responsibilities also include coordinating customer records, ensuring diary management, assisting with deliveries/couriers and stock, providing administrative assistance with sales, purchasing, and accounts, improving company processes, maintaining electronic and manual filing, organizing office supplies, equipment, vehicles, stationery, clothing, and PPE.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or HETAC qualification; alternatively, relevant Customer Service or Administrative experience
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in a busy office environment
* Fluent English skills, verbal and written
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Proficiency in CRM packages and other equivalent administrative applications
* Exceptional planning and organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
* Able to work independently and using own initiative, collaborating with multiple departments
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
* Trustworthy and conducts the role with integrity and confidentiality
