Project Manager
to deliver complex projects across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead multiple projects concurrently from concept through completion.
* Manage the structural steel package across design, fabrication, logistics, and site erection phases.
* Oversee and coordinate site foremen, engineers, and commercial teams.
* Procure, appoint, and manage subcontractors; track on-site progress.
* Implement and monitor risk controls and safe working practices.
* Ensure works comply with specifications and quality standards.
* Plan and control project financial administration to maximise cost effectiveness.
* Keep senior management updated on progress, risks, and commercial issues.
* Assess, mitigate, and manage commercial/contractual risks.
* Prepare monthly valuations/applications for payment with full supporting documentation.
* Maintain robust site records (labour, plant, materials, staff, etc.) for cost substantiation.
* Support preparation of project final accounts.
* Lead/participate in project meetings; resolve commercial issues promptly.
* Contribute to bid activity and business growth in Ireland/UK/EU.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 10+ years'
experience in the structural steel industry.
* Degree in
Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Structural Engineering
.
* Proven Project Management experience with a steel fabricator/erector.
* Track record across residential and industrial contracts.
* Strong ability to prioritise multiple projects under tight time, quality, and budget constraints.
* Proficient in reading technical specs and drawings.
* In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes.
* Conscientious, self-disciplined, and career-driven.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; effective with internal and external stakeholders.
* Working proficiency with
Microsoft Project, Navisworks, Excel, AutoCAD
.
