We are currently working with leading Irish law firms in Dublin on a number of Associate and Senior Associate opportunities within their market‑leading Energy & Infrastructure practices.
These roles sit within highly regarded teams advising on some of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland and internationally.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced solicitors who want to build their career in a sector at the centre of Ireland’s economic and sustainability agenda.
The Market
We are seeking experienced lawyers (approx. 1–6 PQE) with a genuine interest in Energy & Infrastructure law, including:
Energy and infrastructure projects (renewables, utilities, PPPs, development work)
Project finance and structured finance transactions
Infrastructure M&A, joint ventures and investments
Construction and development contracts
Regulatory and advisory work across the energy sector
You will be joining teams advising across major asset classes including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, interconnectors, battery storage, hydrogen projects, and large-scale infrastructure developments.
Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with:
Associates and Senior Associates (approx. 1–6 PQE)
Lawyers from leading or mid-tier private practice firms
Candidates with experience in banking/finance, corporate/M&A or construction
Individuals with exposure to or a strong interest in energy, infrastructure or projects work
Strong technical ability, commercial mindset and ambition to specialise in the sector
Energy & Infrastructure is one of the fastest-growing legal sectors in Ireland, driven by:
