We're looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our dynamic team in Cork.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on operational efficiency, system management, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities Oversee timely loading and unloading of logistics vehicles Identify and report missing or damaged freight Scan inbound freight, print labels, and log items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Upload inbound and outbound shipment documents using the Infor system Maintain warehouse cleanliness and building perimeter standards Assist with customer-specific tasks such as sampling, pallet breakdowns, and labelling Plan incoming and outgoing loads and arrange transport via the Azyra system Conduct stock takes and generate reports for customers Use Azyra, Infor, and Pepsi SAP systems daily Support process improvement initiatives within the Logistics Department Carry out other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and punctuality This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where your contributions will make a real impact.
