We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our banking hall floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor to provide assistance and resolve their queries.
* Guiding customers to self-service options using mobile apps, internet banking, or kiosks to promote independence and efficiency.
* Handling basic customer queries and complaints, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
* Engaging with customers to update customer information and sales needs using iPads, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Identifying sales opportunities and referring them to suitable colleagues for follow-up.
* Cash handling, processing, and managing cash and cheque lodgements with precision and accuracy.
