Line of ServiceInternal Firm ServicesIndustry/SectorNot ApplicableSpecialismIFS - Internal Firm Services - OtherManagement LevelSpecialistJob Description & SummaryThe L&D Administrator will sit in our People Solutions operations team, within People & Culture. They will provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Solutions team, playing a key role in the effective and efficient implementation of the annual L&D operations plan.This dynamic role involves varying projects and tasks throughout the year. Primarily administrative, the role involves following established processes to ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of training.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Make standard internal room bookings for training sessions, team events, and meetings using established procedures.Track and monitor completion of pre and post course requirements to ensure participants complete required work.Support on L&D event logistics for optional, recommended and expected programmesAccurately upload attendance records to the Learning Management System (LMS & Attend), using established processes to ensure participant records are accurate.Assist in the preparation and distribution of physical materials for in-person workshops and learning events.Update and maintain L&D trackers and logs, ensuring consistency with set guidelines.Utilise available technologies to ensure optimal solutions are used when completing tasks, including developing Microsoft Forms and supporting documents required for training activities.Provide occasional assistance at off-site workshops, as directed.Work with senior members of the team to ensure outputs are reviewed and approved, ensuring accuracy.Support ad hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives across the People & Culture team as required.Skills and experienceA relevant third-level qualification desirable1-2 years of administrative experience, with L&D being an advantage.Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.Excellent team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and prioritise tasks accordingly.Reliable, and able to take initiative within a supportive role.Proactive learner with a commitment to continuous personal and professional developmentUnlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together We'reinspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
