SilverBack is looking for an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Data Centre team in the Netherlands.As an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for the project, working closely with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager and construction team to ensure successful delivery, while maintaining relationships, maximizing commercial returns, and managing risk.Responsibilities:Manage commercial and contractual aspects of the project, including tenders, subcontractor orders, valuations, variations, and final accounts.Prepare and present forecasts, targets, and reconciliations.Contribute to value engineering and design development.Maintain site records, insurance, warranties, and document control.Monitor and manage project risks and opportunities.Collaborate and influence project stakeholders to drive commercial advantage.Experience:5+ years as an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor on high-tech construction projects.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience managing and mentoring teams.Commercially astute, assertive, and pragmatic.Effective time management, negotiation, and organizational skills.Qualifications:Commercial appreciation.Behavioural Based Safety (BBS).Adjudication/dispute resolution.Leadership and delegation skills.Legal appreciation/overview.CPD – Legislation and industry trends.Presentation and communication skills.Package:10/4 rotationAccommodation provided, Transport included, Flights included
