We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and service-driven Assistant Manager to join our dedicated team at the Irish National Stud & Gardens. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail

Full Time - Day Time Hours 5 over 7 Days

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service across the location.
* Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction
* Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
* Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion
* Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
* Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings
* Oversee events and private functions as required
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
* Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays as needed
