Owing to our ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to work collaboratively with the People & Culture team.
As a trusted advisor, the People & Culture Business Partner will build strong, collaborative relationships with key teams, proactively driving consistent implementation of best practices while anticipating both current and future team requirements.
While the successful candidate will contribute to all elements of the people strategy for this rapidly growing business, the primary purpose of this role is to provide support cross all elements of the employee life-cycle, including but not limited to:
* Candidate Management; Advertise vacancies, maintain recruitment records, regret unsuccessful candidates and schedule interviews.
* Onboarding; Draft offer letters and contracts of employment for review, issue onboarding documentation, liaise with relevant stakeholders such as finance, IT and benefit providers. Create employee profiles on HRIS. Conduct onboarding for new hires / consultants.
* Administration of HRIS; Ensure that all employee information is accurate and up to date on HRIS (currently HR Locker). Monitor timesheets and approvals.
* Maintain Training Records; Evaluate feedback on training and development. Ensure compliance with mandatory training such as Dignity at Work, Health & Safety and Information Security.
* Contribute to Training and Development Plans; liaise with line managers on performance feedback, support the roll out of individual development plans for all team members. Engage with third-party training providers.
* Update Policies in line with best practice and changes to employment legislation.
* Employee Relationships; first point of contact for general queries from employees and consultants. Support line managers with performance concerns. Management of Probation review and Performance appraisal system.

* Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
* Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience.
* 3rd level qualification in Human Resources.

* CIPD membership
* Knowledge of HRIS systems
* Exposure to Global or European labour law.
* Understanding of work permits and visa application processes.
* Experience managing compensation & benefits.
* Familiarity with DEI best practice.
