We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant Location:Remote (Ireland) Employment Type:Full-Time / Part-Time Level:Entry-Level / JuniorWe're looking for a detail-orientedVirtual Assistantto provide administrative and operational support to our team. You'll handle scheduling, communication, and organizational tasks to help the company run smoothly in a remote-first setting. Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, emails, and scheduling.Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Handle data entry and record-keeping.Support project coordination and internal communication.Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks. Requirements1–3 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Fluent in English and legally eligible to work in Ireland.
