* We develop and maintain process expertise to ensure effective product, process, and operational control strategies are executed.
* Interact with contract manufacturers to guarantee reliable supply chains.
* Participate in equipment specification, procurement, and qualification processes.
* Evaluate HSE and PSM elements impacting our products.
Additional responsibilities include coaching and mentoring process team members, promoting statistical thinking, and providing process & equipment support.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement involves supporting development and technical analysis for ongoing activities, reviewing cost reduction opportunities, and collaborating with late phase development resources.
