Job Title: Senior Estimator This is a senior leadership position within the estimating department of a small to medium sized contractor. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities * Pricing Work on E-Tenders: High-level pricing for development projects from 500k to 20m in value. * Bid Writing and Pricing Management: Manage a team of up to three individuals responsible for bid writing and pricing. * Tender Submissions: Ensure timely submission of tenders with accurate prices and comprehensive documentation.
