We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email and remote access.
1. Provides technical assistance to customers of small to medium size scope and complexity - via phone, email and/or remote access.
Achieves targeted call statistics such as number of calls answered number of cases closed issues resolved along with other established goals. Publishes articles on technical support issues in an online knowledge base Documents case recommendations resolutions clearly in the CRM system
