Data Science is driving the demand for more and more data and we're building the platforms to onboard new datasets quicker, smarter, and more transparently than before.Our flagship product is Data License Plus (DL+), which is a fully managed service that hosts, aggregates, organizes, and links all of your Data License data into a unified model designed for immediate use. DL+ can also publish your refreshed licensed content, in a ready-to-use format, directly into your cloud data platform (such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift, Google GCP) as it becomes available—while maintaining transparency, consistency, quality, and control.About the RoleAs a Delivery Manager within Bloomberg's Strategic Client Delivery (SCD) team, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical lead for our DL+ platform clients. You will own the full lifecycle of client engagements through implementation and into business-as-usual service delivery. This role is critical to maximizing client satisfaction, ensuring successful platform adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes for our most strategic data partnerships.What You'll DoImplementation & Delivery LeadershipLead project delivery from technical onboarding to post-deployment account management.Define and execute project plans in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.Coordinate cross-regional delivery, validate solution feasibility, and ensure alignment with implementation profileTechnical Account ManagementAct as the primary technical interface for clients, managing day-to-day relationships and strategic account plansLead client service review and steering committee meetings to track goals, performance, and roadmap alignmentServe as subject matter expert on DL+ and associated data delivery technologiesIdentify and close operational gaps, drive process improvements, toClient Relationship DevelopmentDeepen relationships across client IT and business functions, from developers to CTOs.Identify expansion opportunities through insights into and emerging requirements.Represent Bloomberg at client workshops and cross-functional working sessions.Collaboration & Knowledge SharingWork closely with Product to ensure client feedback loop is managed across the data businessWork closely with the Analytics & Implementation (A&I) team to ensure seamless handovers and shared client insights.Share learnings and best practices with peers to promote continuous improvement across the SCD/TAM function.You'll Need to HaveExperience in a client facing implementation role, within the past 5 yearsExperience in project management, technical delivery or solutions focused support roles in financial services or enterprise SaaS environmentsDemonstrable experience working with or supporting financial market data solutions, including familiarity with data delivery protocols including but not limited to APIs, FTP, SFTP and enterprise integration methodsStrong analytical and communication skills with a consultative approach.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and lead cross-functional initiatives.Excellent presentation skillsBusiness proficient fluency in EnglishDemonstrated continuous career growth within an organizationBachelor's degree or degree-equivalent qualificationsWe'd Love to See* * Knowledge of Bloomberg DL+, Enterprise Data products, and EDM systems.Knowledge of the Financial Market data eco systemExperience working in pre-sales or strategic account managementA proactive mindset with a track record of driving change and solving complex client challenges.Ability to travel frequently across the regionDiscover what makes Bloomberg unique - watch our for an inside look at our culture, values, and the people behind our success.
