Job Title
The Behaviour Support Specialist plays a crucial role in understanding and resolving issues related to individuals who communicate with us through challenging behaviours, while promoting their overall wellbeing and enhancing their potential.
This position requires the specialist to possess advanced knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive behaviour Support, as well as a minimum of 1 year's full-time experience in conducting assessments and developing interventions.
Key skills for this role include providing behavioural support to adults and/or children, being Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), or holding full membership of Division of Behaviour Analysis with the Psychological Society of Ireland.
A full clean driver's license and use of a car are also essential, as frequent travel will be required.
