The Role
We are seeking a professional Administration & Reception Assistant to be the first point of contact in our Dublin office and to support daily operations.
This role combines reception duties with administrative, travel booking, and supplier payment responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and manage calls, emails, and correspondence.
Provide general office and management support.
Arrange worldwide flights, accommodation, and transport for pilots and staff.
Manage payments to suppliers and service providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain filing systems, records, and expense reports.
Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and confidential tasks.
Requirements
Previous administration or reception experience.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience booking international travel (flights, hotels, transport).
Basic financial administration (invoices, payments).
Professional communication and presentation skills.
Aviation industry knowledge an advantage but not essential.
