Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct commercial property energy audits and assessments to ensure compliance with current regulations.
* Deliver technical expertise and provide practical recommendations for energy savings through accurate energy modelling.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services.
* Prepare clear, detailed reports and communicate findings to clients effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2–3 years' experience in energy consultancy, auditing, or related fields.
* Strong knowledge of energy modelling software and commercial building energy efficiency standards.
* Background in M&E Engineering or Facilities Management desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and reporting abilities.
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, or related discipline.
* Full clean driving licence (role requires nationwide travel).
