We're looking for a Senior People Advisor to join our People Partnering Team, supporting our growing teams across Ireland. This is a minimum 6-month maternity cover position, offering the unique opportunity to work with one of the UK and Ireland's leading environmental consultancies, supporting talented, purpose-driven people.

You'll play a key role in supporting our people managers and employees as our Irish operations continue to grow and embed into the wider Group. From advising on employee relations to enhancing engagement and ensuring cultural alignment, your work will directly shape how we attract, retain and develop exceptional talent across Ireland.
This role would suit either an experienced interim professional looking for their next meaningful assignment, or a driven advisor ready to take on a senior challenge and make an impact quickly.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
 * Strong understanding of Irish regulatory frameworks and working culture.
 * A continued analytical interest in understanding of human behaviour and motivators, a passion for inclusion and engagement.
 * An awareness of people and engagement industry trends, debates and models.
 * Comfort with Excel and basic data analytics.
 * Expert communicator, the ability to adapt your style to achieve influence across different businesses in Ireland and at different levels.
 * Commercial understanding and focus – building your commercial understanding of the Group
 * Proven ability to prioritise and deliver a busy workload, in reference to balancing impact and service

 * Data Analytics
 * Compelling written communication, a natural at creating brand advocacy
 * Experience of engaging highly skilled teams
