We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administration professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities: General administrative duties including typing, filing, handling daily correspondence, answering incoming calls and customer enquiries, processing invoices, order dockets, and credit card payments, dealing with customers at the trade counter, arranging shipments and associated documentation, monitoring and responding to daily emails, using software to process transactions (training will be provided).
Requirements: Previous administration experience is essential, experience using software an advantage. Strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
