Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Description:
* This is a permanent role requiring one day per week in Kilkenny, along with travel to additional Midlands and South-East sites for inspections and follow-up visits.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our locations, ensuring each establishment is performing to a high standard in its service, operations & quality food standards. Key duties include leading staff training, business improvements and performance; overseeing labour costs; discussing KPIs/targets on a weekly basis; introducing structure to ensure consistent quality service; ensuring compliance with policies & procedures; working in partnership with cross-functional internal departments;
1. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in a hospitality/food management role.
2. A strong operational instinct is required as well as the ability to develop and lead their team effectively under pressure.
