They are well established in industry, having been known for their work in other sectors. Now having a dedicated lead on the industrial projects they need a senior professional that can join with leadership skills to continue and grow their division. What can you expect in the role? Serve as or support the Assigned Certifier, with full knowledge of the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCaR) process. Manage the Assigned Certifier (AC) coordination, including inspection schedules, BCMS uploads, and certification tracking. Ensure compliance with Planning, Fire Safety Certificate, and Disability Access Certificate (DAC) requirements. Coordinate across internal and external teams to ensure design and compliance integration throughout the project lifecycle. Support or manage PSDP (Project Supervisor Design Process) responsibilities, where applicable. Maintain strong organisational control across multiple projects in a high-output, fast-paced environment. Engage with clients, contractors, and authorities on all technical and compliance matters. What main qualifications do you need? Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in architectural technology or architectural delivery roles on projects in Ireland. (Consultancy or Practice) Proven knowledge of BCaR process and Assigned Certifier responsibilities. Extensive understanding of Irish statutory planning, fire regulations, and DAC requirements. Experience or accreditation in PSDP duties is an advantage. Strong communication, reporting, and multitasking abilities. High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and the BCMS platform. Desirable: Chartered member of RIAI, CIAT, or equivalent. Experience delivering logistics, industrial, or data center projects. Strong leadership qualities for associate-level applicants.
