Bar Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy, dynamic bar with confidence and flair
Managing, training, and motivating a talented team to deliver outstanding service
Overseeing stock control, ordering, rotas, and compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
Creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring customers receive a warm Donegal welcome every time
Working with senior management to develop promotional strategies, events, and seasonal offerings
Keeping a close eye on budgets, margins, and costs to drive profitability
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar management role within the bar or hospitality sector
Strong leadership and people skills – you're approachable, assertive, and good under pressure
A genuine love for great service and delivering memorable experiences
Commercial awareness with an understanding of what makes a bar thrive
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak times as required
