About this Role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for supervising and preparing meals as required by residents. This includes consulting with relevant teams when planning menus to ensure balanced diets are provided while making optimal use of available fresh foods. The ideal candidate should also be aware of statutory health and safety standards in kitchen areas and implement appropriate policies ensuring compliance with regulations such as Food Hygiene laws.
We're looking for someone who has formally trained qualifications, certified knowledge on HACCP protocols, experience working within food environments especially those managing multiple staff members successfully throughout shifts without any issues related solely because there wasn't enough space due lack proper layout yet good supervision exists then results follow
