Job Title:
An Engineering Technical Trainer is required for a 24-month contract.
The Position Overview:
* Deliver engaging technical training programs to maintenance technicians.
* Develop competency frameworks and progression pathways aligned with site reliability objectives.
* Mentor and coach technicians to enhance their expertise in root cause analysis, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance.
* Lead initiatives to improve reliability using tools like FMEA, RCA, and TPM.
* Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions that enhance equipment uptime and performance.
* Partner with operations and maintenance teams to eliminate losses impacting overall equipment effectiveness.
* Support the deployment of digital tools and analytics to monitor and improve equipment effectiveness.
* Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reducing downtime, increasing throughput, and improving quality.
* Introduce innovative training methods including simulations, e-learning, and hands-on workshops.
* Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging technologies in reliability and maintenance.
* Foster strong relationships with the technician community to build trust and open communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
* 3-5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
