Job Title: Chef De Partie
Chef De Partie will assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen. Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
The successful candidate will follow the example set by the talented Head Chefs, adhering to HACCP regulations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen
* Monitor food quality and hygiene standards
* Take direction from department managers
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within hotels or similar roles
* Passion for food
* Mature manner
* Able to work under pressure
