As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial, contractual and commercial aspects of major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all commercial activities from tender to completion ensuring maximum value, compliance and efficiency throughout delivery.
* Prepare budgets, cost reports and profit forecasts.
* Lead meetings, reporting on project financials.
* Manage accounts, valuations and payment processes.
* Prepare and submit accounts, including variations and claims.
* Identify and escalate risks promptly.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline and proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale projects. You should also be proficient in Excel and cost management tools, and have a strong knowledge of industry contracts.
