Job Description:
The Account Specialist, Vendor Retention plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our wedding professionals on the TKWW platform. As the primary business consultants to SMB vendors, they are responsible for delivering timely and successful solutions according to vendor needs and objectives.
This involves managing auto renewals, handling both overt and subtle cancellation requests, tracking and reporting activity and results in Salesforce, as well as ensuring accurate customer account information.
