Our organization is seeking a Strategic Partnerships and Business Growth Leader to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships that align with our capabilities. Working closely with the Department Director and Marketing team, this role will involve developing and executing strategies to meet revenue targets. This includes negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, monitoring account performance, and upselling or cross-selling services.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Science and approximately 5 years of experience in a business development role. Previous experience in the laboratory services industry is highly regarded, and experience with public procurement and tender writing would be advantageous.
