Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our expansion into the ROI market. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a proven
track record in business development, project delivery, and team management within the architectural and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership:
• Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for establishing and growing our presence in ROI, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
• Business Development:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the education and leisure sectors, leveraging existing networks and building new client relationships.
• Project Oversight:
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects, maintaining the highest standards of design excellence and client satisfaction.
• Team Building:
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the RoI operations, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Chartered Member of RIBA and RIAI.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the architectural or construction industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management within the ROI market.
• Strong understanding of the education and leisure sectors, with a portfolio of relevant projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
