Store Leadership Position
We are seeking a Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for the overall success of your store.
Job Description:
Your primary objective is to create and deliver a fantastic customer experience for everyone who shops at our stores. To achieve this goal, you will need to have great leadership skills and be determined to achieve results.
You will be responsible for managing, recruiting, and developing talent to ensure the long-term success of the business. You will also be expected to guarantee customer satisfaction by always aiming to exceed customer expectations and safeguarding customer service standards in your store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage staff costs, store productivity, inventory differences, write-offs, and operational costs
* Apply and control the principles of 'Cleanliness', 'Friendliness', and 'Minimal Queues'
* Monitor and ensure proper rotation of stock, freshness control, and C-Date checks
* Adhere to all commercial standards, i.e., reaching agreed store standards, presentation of merchandise, and the merchandising plan
Requirements:
* You have completed a leaving certificate or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years management experience
* Confident and persuasive communication skills
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
* Full driving licence
