Quantity Surveyor
A Quantity Surveyor is required to assist in the financial management of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a main contractor and possess strong commercial awareness.
* Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
* Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
* Support the management of variations, change control, and final accounts
Candidates should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. They must also be proficient in standard QS software.
