We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our clients teama leading mechanical engineering firm specializing in support the multinational sector including Irish based firms e.g., industrial systems, manufacturing solutions, mechanical design,problem solving and innovation.
THE ROLE: *Assist in the development, design, and optimization of mechanical processes and systems.
* Perform process simulations, calculations, and analysis to support engineering designs (Example pumps).
* Support project teams in the preparation of technical documentation including process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Conduct process troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to optimize system performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, production, and quality departments, to deliver project milestones.
* Participate in site visits, commissioning, and validation activities as required.
REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Approximately 2 years experience in a process engineering role, preferably within a mechanical or industrial engineering environment.
* Proficient in engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
* Strong understanding of mechanical processes, systems integration, and engineering fundamentals.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
